About Warnborough

E-mail Print PDF

Warnborough has been a pioneer in international eduacation since its founding in Oxford in 1973. At that time, Warnborough provided American students with an unique study abroad experience of the 'Oxford tutorial system'. It won the support of over 200 American colleges and universities, and many regularly sent students to Warnborough for their Junior Year Abroad. Over the years, Warnborough offered other programs to a wider range of students, and established a reputation for providing serious learning for aspiring students.

The ' Warnborough brand' is a hallmark for academic quality, and Warnborough is proud to honour the accolades that many of its alumni have achieved. There is no better testament to our status than to see our graduates succesful in all walks of life. In industry, commerce, academia and the professions Warnborough students have excelled.

Warnborough has a mission to enable all students to cross boundaries and widen their horizons. Our vision is to expand our partnerships around the world, and to franchise the 'Warnborough brand' to all those who are committted to our philosophy. Our website on Franchising will be available soon. (www.warnborough-franchise.com).

Like all succesful institutions, Warnborough has a colourful history and this is illustrated in the forthcoming pictorial book: WARNBOROUGH: Memories and Great Moments.

"Warnborough stands tall among institutions and has always been at the cutting edge of innovation in higher education". (Dr. Ray Morland, former President of the Hunter Committee for Overseas Students, University of Newcastle, Australia).

"I have been associated with Warnborough from the beginning, and proud to acknowledge its achievements over the years". (Canon Dr. Richard G. Martin).
